I can relate....I never saw a light being working on me but I felt their hands on me and they worked a lot on my shoulder and it was super painful. Up until now I still feel something is working on it because not all pain is gone. Thank you for the explanantion, I will surrender more when I feel the pain in the shoulder in the moment when I meditate and it starts to move, I get it now that pain needs to come up so that it can be pulled out of my body. I never thought of that before. I also had this back massage experience many times after sessions during retreats in hotel room and sometimes after meditation at home. I know something is present and is watching over me. This testimonial is just an eye opener to me. I understand now how to deal with the pain in my body. Thank you! <3

He reminds me of my beloved step-father, who suffered from unimaginable depression as a PhD Clinical Psychologist. Sadly, he suffered a cerebral hemorrhage and died at age 51 years.
